What are the business and products of Bridal-Bag.com?

Bridal-Bag.com (a business owned by Bizz Bag, Inc.) is a design and production company of personalized and custom handbags and shoulder bags. As an innovative creator of personalized fabric patterns, we customize our designer patterns with your name, initials, favorite phrase, or business monogram. You select a style, color, trim and hardware colors for your bag. After receiving your order, we integrate your personalized text or monogram into the pattern you selected. Next, your personalized fabric is printed and sewn into a bag. Your custom made bridal bag will be shipped to you in about 3-5 weeks.

Where is the business located?

We are based in sunny Colorado. All of our bridal bags are designed and produced in the USA. You'll find our up-beat Front Range personalities take great care in creating our one-of-a kind monogram bags.

How long has Bridal-Bag.com, and its owner Bizz Bag, Inc., been in business?

We have been producing customer-designed fabric since 1994, and identity designer-inspired retail and wholesale bags since the fall of 2007.

Payment Questions

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards as well as payment by check or money order. For check or money order payments, you will be instructed to call us near the end of the order process. At your option, you may also call us to pay by credit card confidentially over the phone. For these types of phone payments, please call (970) 372-2230.

How will the charge appear on my credit card?

The charge will appear on your credit card statement as "BizzBag, Inc."

When does the credit card charge made appear for my order?

Your credit card charge is processed the same day by Paypal, but it may take a little longer to appear on your account.

Gift Certificates

Can I purchase a gift certificate?

Yes, please visit our Gift Card page. Note that the only gift cards we accept are our own Bridal-Bag.com gift certificates. Other forms of payment we accept are credit cards, checks and money orders.

What are the the companies products?

Do you have a catalog?

Since YOU make the custom monogram bag, our product line is a mix of your selection of fabrics, designs, colors and finishes.

Our Bag Gallery will give you an idea of what completed designer-inspired wholesale bags look like using some of our patterns in the bridal bag collection. It is updated regularly and displays new patterns and bags as soon as we make them available.

We do not offer a printed catalog at this time.

How do I keep my Bridal-Bag clean?

In cases of stains or dirt, please use a damp soft towel with warm soapy water. If you like, when you receive one of our monogram bags, apply Scotchguard® or a similar product to repel water.

How are the personalized designer fabrics made and how durable are they?

The fabric pattern and your personalized lettering or monogram is permanently dyed into the fabric. The result is a nice, crisply-printed image which will not crack, fade or peel. For the best results and a crisp monogram image, please refer to our image requirements.

What kinds of fabrics are used?

We print on quality polyester fabrics. The bottom and top edge trim on most bags are made of durable, smooth twill or canvas-like materials. For a more detailed description of each bags materials, see our custom bag gallery.

Image Requirements

Can I submit any image?

What owns the monogram files that I submit?

You may submit any monogram as long at it is your own personal property or have obtained the right or permission to reproduce the image. By ordering a product from Bridal-Bag.com (Brophy Enterprises, Inc.) you confirm that you own the rights to the monogram or images(s) or have obtained relevant permission(s) to use the image(s) prior to submitting an order. We will not be held responsible for any discrepancies which involve the license holder and the customer who submits the image.

How is my monogram cropped and sized?

Our graphic designers will probably need to crop and size a monogram and fit them into your selected designer pattern before we print and construct your monogrammed bag. After you complete the order process, we will send you a virtual bag image by email for you to approve before production begins on it. The virtual bag will not be exact and its layout may somewhat different from the real bag you receive.

We will begin production after two days if we do not receive a response. Please inform us by email or in the comments of your order if you will need more time.

What type of monogram file can I submit?

For monograms, please send a file as an .AI, .EPS or .PDF file. All text (letters) should be in outlines since we may not have your font(s) available on our computer systems. If you have questions, please send us an email, call our customer service, or call the company or person from whom you purchased your monogram.

If you would like to send your monogram by regular mail, we will return your image(s). However, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged ones. Any images you send us must be in excellent condition with good crisp and clean edges and of sufficient scale to reproduce all details.

Will you accept a scanned monogram image?

A scan from traditional photo papers is acceptable, but no photocopies will be accepted. Please do not send scans reproduced with printer/copy machines. Scan your images at 300 DPI and save in a .JPG or .TIF file format.

Tips for submitting image files:

Image quality is measured by pixels per inch (ppi), also known as dots per inch (dpi). We recommend 300 dpi.

We also highly recommend your digital images be at least 1000 by 1000 pixels.

Can Bridal-Bag.com enhance the monogram that I provide?

We can sometimes repair simple artwork problems which may occur when you scan a paper print of your monogram. Any more difficult repairs might be possible. After you submit your monogram, upon your request, we will review the image. If it requires an additional charge, you will be notified. Please make this request when you reply to the order confirmation message. Your image(s) will not be modified unless you request it.

We will contact you before beginning production if we believe that the image you submitted will not print at an acceptable quality.

Can my monogram be made in my wedding colors?

We cannot make perfect color matches for custom colors, but usually produce a close match. For an extra $15 charge, you may request that to be mailed a fabric proof for your approval. Make this request when submitting your monogram file. Please keep in mind that this request will delay shipment of your order. Your bag order will be put on hold until we receive your approval by email. Also, please provide your order number and e-mail address with all communications. We may not be able to follow through on requests unless you provide all the needed information.

Can my monogram be changed to black and white or sepia?

You can ask us to change your monogram from "color" to "black and white" or "sepia". This special service is an extra cost option for a $10 charge.

What is sepia?

A sepia color is made by converting a black and white image to a warm brown color. Some people refer to it as an antique finish. It can be a visually pleasing color for monograms on bags ordered with a brown trim.

Can I see what my monogram or other personalization will look like on my bag before the bag is made?

After you submit your order, we will send a digital image (virtual bag image) of how your custom bag for your approval, free of charge, in an email. The virtual bag will not be exact and its layout may somewhat different from the real bag you receive. If requested, we can also send it by fax.

If you would like to see your image printed on our fabric before we begin production, we can mail you a fabric proof for an additional $15 charge.

If you do not approve of the fabric proof sent to you, we will cancel your order and refund a prorated portion of the order payment to you.

If you subsequently modify your order and want another fabric proof, there will be an additional $15 charge.

Please keep in mind that our 3-5 week production turnaround begins after you have approved either the virtual bag image or fabric proof.

Return Policy

Do you have a guarantee on your products?

If you find defects in construction or defects in printing caused by our design and/or manufacturing process, return it within 30 days of package shipping date. We will repair or remake your bridal bag at no additional cost to you. If you need to return a product, please contact us via e-mail at info@Bridal-Bag.com.

What is the return policy?

All our designer-inspired wholesale bags are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from shipment. If you need to return a product, contact us via e-mail at info@Bridal-Bag.com. You will need to request a RMA number for your return address label. Returns will not be accepted if our RMA number is missing on the address label of the returned package.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once production begins, we cannot accept cancellations.You may cancel your bag order within 2 days of placing the order or within 2 days after receiving your virtual bag image in your confirmation email, but not after we receive your approval of the virtual bag image or fabric proof.

Shipping Options

How can I get an update on the status of my order?

Please send an email to info@Bridal-Bag.com stating your order number in the subject line. We will respond within 2 business days with your order status. If you do not have e-mail access, please call us at (970) 229-1888.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. In the future, we plan on shipping to other countries. You may send us an email if you would like to be notified when this occurs. Please send your email to info@Bridal-Bag.com.

How is my bag order shipped?

All orders are sent to the address specified in your order via UPS or U.S. Postal Service, unless specified otherwise.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your monogrammed bag takes approximately 3-5 weeks to be manufactured and shipped. No order will be processed until all information is received including your monogram file, if applicable. If you need it sooner, we will try to work within your time frame. Please send specific delivery date needs by replying to your order confirmation email or e-mail us at info@Bridal-Bag.com specifying your order number in the subject field.

What are my delivery options?

We ship your order within about 3-5 weeks of receipt of all information (and images, if applicable). You may choose between Standard Ground and Air shipping methods.

What are the costs of shipping and handling my bag order?

The cost of shipping is calculated by Paypal when your order is processed. Generally, shipping one bag costs about $12.85 via Standard Ground (3-5 weeks for destinations in the U.S.) and $29.90 via Air Delivery (5 Weeks). These costs may change due to increases that are passed along from the shipping companies. If you pay by phone or mail, shipped costs will need to be added into your order total. Please call us to find out what the additional amount is since it can be different for every order.

What package carriers are available to ship my order?

We use UPS and the U.S. Postal Service as our shipping carriers. For UPS shipments, we offer their ground or 2 day air delivery services.

For U.S. Postal Service shipments, Priority Mail (Standard Ground) and Express Mail (Air) delivery services are available.

Can a bag order be delivered to someone else other than the billing address?

Yes. The order process asks you for the shipping and billing address, if different. We will not contact the recipient.

How will I know when my order ships?

We will e-mail you a shipping confirmation when your order is shipped. If a tracking service is available, the tracking number will be in your "shipping confirmation" e-mail.

Technical Problems with an Order

Who do I contact if I am having a problem with my order?

How do I know my order went through correctly?

Paypal processes your credit card payment the same day. Sometimes there can be a credit card processing delay of a few days after your order is placed.

What do I do if my shopping cart does not show my items ordered?

Please try to design the bag again. We apologize if is this happens, but please try again, it will likely work correctly on the second try.
